The lease contracts contain provisions for the tenant's use of premises and outdoor areas. Read your lease carefully and pay attention to the appendices, where regulations and technical regulations can be read.

Contract changes

Pr. 1 September 2016, a fee will be charged for the preparation of supplements or other contractual changes.

Preparation of supplement is settled in accordance with the time spent, however, a minimum of DKK 3,000 excl. VAT
