In the Butchers' Stalls, Grocers' Stalls, and Meat Stalls, it is TMF that is responsible for cleaning.

• If you find conditions you wish to have improved, it can be reported via the app "Giv et Praj København" (Give a Hint Copenhagen). 
• This applies only to the above-mentioned streets & sidewalks. 
• Take a picture and use the app to mark the location. 
• The app operates 24/7.

If you, as a neighbor, are bothered by an event that you believe does not comply with the applicable guidelines, you can contact the Center for Noise Issues.

• For major disturbances during times when the Center for Noise Issues does not receive calls, you can call the Police at 114.

If you experience syringe waste in or around your property. If specific drug users repeatedly stay on your premises.

The social caretakers assist with preventive work among drug users, handling conflicts, and/or practical tasks such as removal of material-related waste.
